Ivan Oliveros

Ivan Oliveros is the Chairman at LAC CORE and is also a Partner at Atlántico Capital
He has more than 20 years of experience in banking, complemented by earlier hands-on engineering experience in LatAm. His career has been focused in project finance, M&A, acquisition finance and corporate finance both as investment banker and debt and equity advisor in the Power and Renewables space.
Mr. Oliveros has worked in transactions all across Latin America, including México, Panama, Chile, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Uruguay and also in the US across the Power, Renewables and Infrastructure sectors. He has been involved in corporate and structured finance transactions in excess of US$ 20 billion, including debt capital markets, syndicated loans, acquisition financings, project bonds and private placements, mergers and acquisitions, as well as very large and complex project and structured finance deals.
