LAC-CORE will function as a platform in the region through the organization of events, conferences, webinars, seminars, workshops, forums, and trade shows. These events will promote the development of productive and sustainable renewable energy projects while encouraging key relationships with energy leaders, multinational agencies, businesses and public interest groups.

Encourage Partnerships

By working with regional organizations, non-governmental groups and the private sector LAC-CORE will bring the expertise of different countries and regions together, thus providing the platform for partnerships that will help to integration experience and understanding to a wide range of actors in the hemisphere.

Educate

Realizing the potential of renewable energy as a building block vital to sustainable development, LAC-CORE will help provide the necessary tools that can unleash the energy potential of the region. These activities will include dissemination of new research, assistance with “hands-on” applications, and the promotion of policy dialogue among the different stakeholders in the Americas who are seeking to integrate renewable energy resources into the mainstream of country energy needs.

Joining LAC-CORE will provide you with a wide network of renewable energy organizations and technical expertise. By linking public and private groups, by bringing regional knowledge and expertise to all who join through our educational programs and our convening capacity we will help provide the missing component, energy integration, to the Americas.

The purpose these activities is to highlight regional projects that are underway, as well as providing visibility for commercialized RE technologies appropriate for particular areas. There will be a focus on locating funding, investments, and other areas of support for these projects. LAC-CORE will track their progress using our website and other resources to quantify sustainability of RE projects.
